1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SumoPulse ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SumoPulse is an automated form monitoring service. It tests web forms by submitting them with test data and verifying the results. The Service operates externally — it does not require access to your WordPress admin or server.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use SumoPulse only on websites you own or have explicit authorization to test. You must not:

• Use the Service to test forms on websites without the owner's permission
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws
• Attempt to bypass plan limits or abuse the testing infrastructure
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages

5. Plans and Billing

SumoPulse offers Free, Starter, and Pro plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through our payment partner, Paddle. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Plan limits (number of forms, tests per month, test frequency) are enforced automatically.

Refund policy: You have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund within 14 days from the date of the initial transaction, without giving any reason. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected]. Refunds will be issued without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to cancel, using the same payment method as the original transaction.

For subscriptions, the right to cancel and receive a refund applies to the initial subscription purchase only, not to subsequent automatic renewals. Full terms governing purchases are available in Paddle’s Buyer Terms.

6. Form Testing

SumoPulse submits forms with test data on your behalf. This means:

• The website owner may receive test submissions via email
• Test submissions may appear in the website's form entry logs
• You are responsible for informing relevant parties about automated testing

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Test data, form configurations, and results are stored per organization and isolated between tenants.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with or without prior notice. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime or test failures.

9. Limitation of Liability

SumoPulse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost leads, missed form submissions, or business interruption.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our data retention policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
