SumoPulse ("we", "us", "our") operates the sumopulse.com website and the SumoPulse application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service.
Account information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password (hashed). We never store passwords in plain text.
Form monitoring data: URLs of forms you monitor, test configurations, field selectors, and test results (pass/fail status, timestamps, screenshots). This data is stored per organization and isolated between tenants.
Usage data: We collect basic analytics about how you use SumoPulse, including pages visited, features used, and session duration. We do not use third-party tracking scripts.
Payment data: Payment processing is handled by Paddle. We do not store credit card numbers or full payment details on our servers.

Test results are retained according to your plan: 7 days (Free), 30 days (Starter), or 90 days (Pro). Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.
